It’s been over 30 years since we set up our first shop, so we have lots of experience manufacturing some of the world’s finest custom-fabricated stainless steel equipment for the food and dairy industries.

As we’ve expanded our facilities over the years, we’ve also invested in state-of-the-art equipment to enable us to always deliver products of the highest quality.

Process Cheese EquipmentWe've been meeting the needs of our customers in the dairy industry since Joe and John Koss founded Koss Industrial, Inc. That's why you can trust that our workmanship and materials are top notch. We manufacture complete process cheese equipment, process cheese cookers, holding hoppers, single- and multiple-ribbon casting lines, continuous cheese cookers, and specialty cookers, to handle grains as well as dairy products. Automatic controls are an option on all equipment.

High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST) SystemsOur HTST pasteurizing systems are built to meet you specific needs - in any style or size. Depending upon your preferences, we can manufacture these systems to be either skid-mounted or free-standing. All our HTST systems are completely automated.

Equipment LiftsWe also manufacture a variety of equipment lifts here at Koss Industrial, Inc. These equipment lifts are ideal for shredders, dicers, and curd mills, just to name a few. Koss can build equipment lifts to meet you custom specifications.

Polishing: Plate, sheet, tube, and bar polishers and fully equipped polishing booths
