For over 30 years, we’ve been manufacturing our lab cookers to meet the highest sanitary standards established by the USDA and WDA. Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, our process cookers are very durable. In fact, Koss Industrial cookers have become the industry standard for processed cheese!

We manufacture our cookers with interlocking safety features to reduce the possibility of accidents and manufacture the majority of our cookers to meet custom specifications. We also have several standard-size cookers available in either single- or twin-screw models.

Optional equipment includes additional gauges, openings, ingredient ports, or outlets. We use heavy-gauge stainless steel to manufacture our own augers so they’ll withstand the test of time. Our USDA-approved steam poppet valves will give you many hours of trouble-free service.
